Court Details: This 4-hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course is APPROVED by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FDHSMV) for the dismissal of a traffic ticket and to keep your safe driver status. Please Note: in order to take this course, you must have a 7-character citation number. 

Final Exam: After completing the online course, you must pass a brief final exam, with a score of 80% or higher. However, you may retake the final exam up to 5 times at no additional charge. If you fail all 5 times you fail the course and will need to retake it. 

Certificate Delivery: We will report your completion to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. In addition, we will mail the original certificate directly to you. Depending on the time of day you finish the course, your certificate will be sent out either that same day or the next business day. When registering, you can choose to have your certificate sent via regular U.S. mail, by FedEx second day delivery, by FedEx overnight delivery or via e-mail. Please be advised that FedEx will not deliver on the weekends. Please note that some counties in Florida require a paper certificate of completion for your traffic school to count. You should check with your county to be sure you report your completion correctly. You are responsible for delivering your certificate to the court.
