Please Note: We send certificates of completion out Monday through Friday from 5:00 am Pacific Time and 8:00 am Eastern time all the way until 5:00 pm Pacific Time and 8:00 pm Eastern Time. If you finish your course by 5:00 pm Pacific Time your certificate of completion will be sent out on the same day. If you purchase next day shipping you must complete your course by 4:00 pm Pacific Time and 7:00 pm Eastern Time in order for your certificate to be sent out on the same day. If you complete the course past the cut-off time your certificate of completion will be mailed on the next day. If you complete your course after 12 pm on Saturday, or if you complete your course on Sunday, your completion certificate will be sent on Monday.
