There are two basic types of courses that KissMyTicket.com offers:  ticket dismissal and insurance reduction.  Whichever course that you choose, you're going to love the convenience of taking it over the internet, as opposed to driving somewhere and then spend six (6) hours sitting in a classroom.

KissMyTicket.com's online driver improvement classes may be taken on any computer so long as it's connected to the internet.  Unlike in a classroom setting, you have the freedom to stop as often as you want and then start up again from where you left off later on (even if it's the next day!).  Our internet courses are divided into chapters, with each chapter being divided into sections.  A short quiz is given at the end of each chapter which are designed to help prepare you for the final exam at the end of the course.  You will need to pass the final exam to successfully complete the class (the chapter quizzes are not graded and will have no bearing as to whether or not you pass the course). 

Once you have passed the final exam, KissMyTicket.com will issue your certificate of completion and send it to you via regular mail or by FedEx, whichever you prefer.

No, you don't.  KissMyTicket.com's internet defensive driving or ticket dismissal or insurance reduction course is designed so you are free to stop as many times as you need to and then pick up from where you left off.  There is no limit to the lengths of your breaks, either.

When you sign up to take KissMyTicket.com's defensive driving online course, you will be asked to select the state where you received your traffic ticket.  KissMyTicket.com will give you approval details and other relevant information concerning the driver improvement class that you want to register for.  However, to be on the safe side, we do recommend that you contact the local traffic court which is handling your case to see if KissMyTicket.com is approved for ticket dismissal in that particular jurisdiction.  After all, the court, not KissMyTicket.com, has the authority to dismiss your traffic citation.

There are several factors involved.  First off, there are some traffic violations which are considered too severe by some states and jurisdictions to be taken off your driving record.  Causing a fatal crash by speed-racing would be one example.

However, many states and jurisdictions will permit ticket dismissals for minor violations, but even these are limited to one (1) dismissal over a certain period of time.  Depending on where you live, you may only be allowed to have 1 ticket wiped out by taking an internet ticket dismissal course every 12 months.  Other jurisdictions may only allow 1 ticket dismissal every 5 years.

Yes, the KissMyTicket.com online defensive driving course can replace the traditional classroom setting.  You will be able to take the KissMyTicket.com internet driver safety course from any computer with online access. Make sure that your state has authorized our program for online ticket dismissal by checking with the court that has jurisdiction over your traffic ticket.

Yes, there is.  Most jurisdictions only allow defendants to have a single traffic citation removed if they successfully complete KissMyTicket.com's internet traffic school class.  Also, a ticket dismissal is normally only allowed once over a period of 1 to 5 years (the time period varies from state to state). 

For more information on dismissal eligibility, please select the state and jurisdiction where you received your traffic citation(s) and read over the eligibility requirements.  If none are provided or you're still unsure as to whether or not any of your recent traffic tickets qualify for dismissal, please contact the local traffic court which is handling your case to inquire.

If the traffic court which is handling your case does not require that your identity be verified, than there's no problem.  However, if your traffic court does need your identity to be confirmed, then you may have to submit to a limited credit check.  When you sign up to take KissMyTicket.com's online auto insurance reduction course, we will let you know at that time if your particular court requires identity verification.  If they do, please understand it is only to help prevent fraud by making sure that a defendant who wants to have a traffic violation removed from their driving record is in fact the person who takes the defensive driving course and final exam.

Yes.  KissMyTicket.com offers several alternatives to taking our defensive driving internet course:  the class is also available on DVD, or workbook, or by streaming video.
